Search Engine Updates

Pin’s AI search includes two major upgrades:

  • Smarter ranking – A new ranking system accurately identifies best-fit candidates for your company. In recent weeks, candidate acceptances by recruiters on Pin have increased by 50%.
  • Richer company context – Pin now understands more about each company, inferring who you’re hiring for to cut research time and surface more qualified candidates from a JD.

Bulk Select Candidates

Sourcing now supports bulk actions, allowing you to select multiple or all candidates to add to Outreach or Shortlist, decline, or move to another job. We’ve also introduced keyboard shortcuts to make reviewing and sorting candidates even faster.

New Company Detail View

A new company detail view has been added to provide a comprehensive look at each organization. You’ll see an overview of the company along with industry and company tags, if team members previously worked at the company, and funding rounds. The view also highlights people metrics including company headcount, average tenure, 12-month growth rate, headcount history, and employee career movement into and out of the company.

New Outreach Sidebar

The Outreach sidebar has been redesigned into a more compact view, helping you navigate with fewer clicks.

Smaller updates:

  1. You can re-run email lookups for candidates when Pin isn’t able to find an address on the first attempt.
  2. Bulk actions have been added to Shortlisted, allowing you to apply actions like “Add All to Outreach” or “Decline All” to all candidates at once.
  3. Search presets for job titles, locations, and skills can be saved and applied across other jobs.
  4. Pin now sources 100 candidates at a time (up from 50).
  5. When reviewing a follow-up email manually, the subject line will carry over from the previous email so it’s no longer empty.
  6. Candidate cards can be opened in full view on the right side, letting you quickly review their background and the bullet points listed on their LinkedIn profile.
  7. Bug fix: The manual queue now correctly displays LinkedIn connection requests.
