December 2024 Product Updates
In December, we launched several updates, including applicant review, AI personalized sentences, custom holidays, and much more.
Applicant Review (Beta)
Applicant Review is now available in beta! This new feature analyzes your ATS data to identify and highlight top applicants, making it easier to focus on the best matches for your roles. We're inviting beta users to try it out. If you're interested, please reach out to our team — we’ll enable the feature and guide you through onboarding.
AI Personalized Sentences
Instruction prompts are available for AI personalized sentence tags, allowing you to specify what to include in the personalized sentence.
Custom Holidays
Pin now lets you pause email sending on specific dates. You can enable this feature in Job Settings > Email Preferences.
Some smaller updates:
- Faster Searches – Our updated search infrastructure reduces search times by over 10 seconds for most queries.
- Credit Tracking – Track your credit usage directly in Billing & Plan. Emails cost 2 credits, and phone numbers cost 4 credits.
- Viewer Role Enhancements – Viewer roles can now access candidates and outreach sequences without being charged a seat. They can also connect their email, allowing teammates to send outreach emails on their behalf.
- Improved Email Discovery – We've doubled the success rate for finding work emails.
- New Help Center – We’ve launched our Help Center! Visit docs.pin.com for guides, FAQs, and tips to get the most out of Pin.
