Auto-skip Steps

Email steps can now be skipped automatically if an email address isn’t found, allowing you to move directly to LinkedIn or manual task steps.

Mark Candidates as Responded or Interested

Candidates can now be marked as "Responded" or "Interested" directly in their profile. To use this feature, candidates must have completed at least one step in the sequence. The "Interested" option will become available after marking them as "Responded."

One-click SMS

You can now send an SMS with one click from your manual task queue, automatically opening your default messaging app with the phone number and message pre-filled.

Automatically Search for Phone Numbers

You can now automatically search for a candidate’s phone number at the manual task step, so it’s ready when you need it.

Some smaller updates:

  • Archived candidates can now be exported to a CSV file.
  • We've added a name parser to accurately extract first and last names from full names. These fields are now included in CSV exports, making it easier to import into platforms like LinkedIn.
  • CSV uploads now support more formats, including (name + email) or just a LinkedIn URL. If any rows can't be imported due to missing emails or LinkedIn URLs, you'll get a notification and have the option to import the valid ones.
  • Specific job titles can now be excluded from your search using the "Does Not Have Title" filter.
