Pin now supports candidate searches across Europe, making it easier to find talent beyond your local market. Whether you're hiring for remote roles or expanding into new regions, you can source top candidates across multiple countries in one search.

Manual Tasks

You can now add manual tasks to your outreach sequence, keeping your workflow organized in one place. A manual task can be anything—like a text message, phone call, or reminder—helping you customize and streamline your candidate outreach. New Search Filters

New search filters are now available to help you fine-tune your candidate searches, including:

• Previous Locations

Education:

• Highest Degree (relevant experience)
• Degree and Major (search by specific degrees and majors such as Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science)

Custom Criteria Prompt

The custom criteria prompt now suggests adjustments if the criteria is too strict. This message will appear after you review all recommended candidates.

AI Personalized Sentence Preview

You can now preview what the AI personalized sentence will look like so you can adjust it for candidates as needed.

Some smaller updates:

• Crelate is now available as an ATS integration option.
• Search results now include a bullet-point description of how a candidate meets the required criteria, along with highlights of the preferred criteria they match.
• Your signature will now appear in your sequence steps in grey, making it easier to help you visualize what will be sent to candidates.
• The compact view now features a redesigned carousel layout, allowing you to easily browse through a candidate's work experience.
• You can now select a specific candidate to preview an email for before sending.
• Sequence steps can now be reordered.
