June 2024 Product Updates
In June, we rolled out new features to streamline your candidate sourcing and outreach, including enhanced search refinements, personalized sentence tags, a Chrome extension, company ratings, and suggested responses.
Search refinements
Search refinements allow you to pinpoint your ideal candidates with greater precision. With our new feature, you can ask Pin to find candidates who meet specific criteria such as:
- Experience working for a Series A company
- Being among the first 50 employees at a company
- Based in a particular location
- Studied at a top-tier university
These are just some examples of what you can search for, and Pin can search for many more. Over the next coming months, we'll be releasing even more search criteria.
Personalized sentence tag
The AI personalized sentence tag uses your language, tone, job description, and the candidate's resume to create a unique and highly personalized sentence for each email. Pin can automatically send these emails or create a manual queue for you to review.
Chrome extension
Install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store
The new Pin Chrome extension allows you to import candidates directly from LinkedIn into Pin. It also displays the status of previously sourced candidates, enabling you to quickly decide if they're suitable for your role.
Company ratings
With company ratings, you can choose which companies to see more or less of in a candidate's experience. You can specify your preferences in the Job Settings or rate companies as you encounter them while sourcing candidates.
Suggested responses
Pin will suggest timely responses to send to candidates. If it can answer questions about your job description, Pin will craft the email in your language and tone. It will also recommend follow-up and break-up emails if a candidate hasn't responded after a certain period.
Some smaller updates:
- Mark a candidate as Hired
- CC/BCC when replying to a candidate
- Additional social links for candidates such as GitHub and X (Twitter)
